Swatee brings deep expertise in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, & Blockchain
while leading various Technology verticals in her career as their CIO. She has a
proven track record in leading strategy, design, and tech delivery of revenue
generating customer-centric, AI-powered applications at major global firms.
In her most recent role as the CIO of Enterprise Data Platforms at Barclays, she was
responsible for strategy, transformation and technical delivery of their next-gen
technology and data capabilities in a hybrid, multi-cloud environment, including
their E2E Machine Learning Platform and Realtime Streaming Platform. Prior, she
was Head of Big Data Platform Engineering and Distinguished Architect at
American Express, where she spent 8+ years, and led the development of global
platforms and leading-edge applications including multi-petabyte Big Data and AI
at PwC and McKinsey.
Swatee has tremendous followership in the industry and is known for her thought
leadership, innovation and developing the best talent. She is known for driving
innovation and recruiting/retaining the best talent. She is collaborative with a
natural ability to influence without organizational authority. She holds a PhD from Duke University with focus on Machine Learning. She is credited with multiple patents in Data, AI and Cloud, and is the author of several industry
publications.
At TIAA, Swatee has been tasked to elevate our Enterprise Data and AI strategy and impact across business lines, with focus on developing next-gen data management, AI and Machine Learning platforms, data science capabilities, data quality and governance and AI-powered differentiating assets. Swatee also leads the Client Tech Labs which looks to co-innovate with Clients using emerging tech to build next gen products. As CIO for Corporate Tech she is tasked with shared services to drive efficiencies and lower costs.

Bryan Goodman
Bryan Goodman is the Executive Director of Artificial Intelligence in Ford’s data and analytics organization. He focuses on enabling the use of AI throughout Ford. This includes coordinating infrastructure, tools, and training, and developing advanced AI applications. He chairs Ford's AI technology and ethics council. He is an inventor on 13 US patents. Bryan received his PhD in physical chemistry and computational science and engineering from the University of Illinois.

As a leader in McKinsey’s Consumer Practice, Stacey helps clients drive profitable growth, with a focus on portfolio strategy, innovation, and design-to-deliver above-market growth.
Recent examples of client work include the following:
- designed a new approach to driving breakthrough innovation for a consumer company
- guided a consumer-packaged-goods company through a global product-offering redesign while also building the internal design-to-value (an integrated approach to designing products that deliver the greatest value) capabilities
- developed, in collaboration with a client and McKinsey Design, a new product, from the process of defining the “white space” to the development of the consumer-tested working prototype
Stacey is also a leader in All-In, McKinsey’s diversity and inclusion initiative.
